Run Analysis

1. Navigate to Analyses → New Analysis
2. Select the relevant workflow.
3. Select a sample (you should see the samples you have previously uploaded). Some workflows support multiple samples and controls; select as appropriate.
4. Click Run Analysis.
5. Repeat steps 2–4 to start more analyses.
